The "Tank-Minder" does exactly
what it says - it looks after the level of fluid in
any waste holding tank.
Designed to overcome the problems caused
by sludge or black water clogging (and therefore rendering
inactive) some other types of warning systems, this
unit is designed to work every time, all of the time,
even in aggressive environments.
A highly reliable micro float switch activates
a red warning light when tank is full. Easy to install
on any rigid tank material. Operates on 12-volt DC only.
Includes micro float switch, panel, gasket, fitting
screws and full comprehensive instructions.
Optional Flange Kit
The Universal Flange Kit allows you
to install any Sealand Level Indicator cap onto your
existing holding tank. Includes 3" (76mm) threaded inspection
port, gasket and stainlless steel hardware.
Four tank level lights
- Empty, Low, Mid and Full International symbology of
four tank levels. One level light always on. Same reliable
3 float switches as TankWatch 3.
No electrical components come in contact with waste
or water, no messy probes to clean!
Easy to install on any fresh, grey or black water tank.
Use Sealand's optional Universal Flange Kit to install
on existing rigid tanks. Available with either 22" or
45" adjustable probes. Operates on 12 or 24 volt DC.
Uses only 0.017 amps at 12 volts. Pending CE and IMCI
certfication for electromagnetic compatibility.

These very well made stainless steel waste tank senders manufactured by Wema UK are available in three lengths, 220mm, 320mm and 420mm. They utilise Wema's usual sender technology of a tubular shaft with circuit board mounted reed switches inside. A magnetic float changes the state of the reed switches as it rises and falls. The whole sender is then shrouded with a clip on/off stainless steel tube that protects the float and shaft from any nasties that may clog the system up. Because the shroud is removable the units can be easily cleaned and serviced if a problem does arise.
The head of the unit is also stainless and is threaded with a male 1 1/2" BSP thread. A stainless fitting flange is also included that can be bolted to the tank which makes these senders an ideal retro fit to holding tanks without a sensor. The sender simply screws into the fitting flange and seals with an O ring.
The gauge is included in the kit. This is a typical analogue gauge with a small toilet legend. These senders will only work with this gauge. Both are available seperately. Please see online catalogue for pricing.
