About the Build

All of our Series A tanks are blank with no fittings on them at all. This allows the tanks to be orientated to best fit your available space.

We don’t use any glues or sealants as these always breakdown over time. Once chosen we plastic weld in all of your fittings precisely where you require them.

We generally use plastic fittings for water and waste, brass for fuel & chemical tanks. Stainless steel fittings can be supplied to order.

Once our production drawing has been approved your tank will move into production for the holes to be drilled and the fittings placed and welded.

Once all the fittings have been placed and welded the tank then is pressure tested and quality control inspected for the last time before being dispatched or put out for collection.
