Returning Goods To Tek-Tanks Is Easy!

  1. Please contact us by ringing 01420 520830 or email sales@tek-tanks.com. 
    This way we’ll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you’d like to exchange the product. We are unable to process the return of faulty goods that we’re not expecting.
  1. We’ll then give you a returns number.
    This returns number will need to be clearly marked on the outside of your parcel so it can be identified on arrival. Please note, failure to mark a returns reference number on the outside of your parcel may result in a delay in processing your return.
  1. Don’t forget your proof of postage, just in case!
  1. Once we receive the item we’ll be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.

Product Returns

Standard Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt.*

Please check the condition of your goods on arrival – we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.

Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a saleable condition as when received, items that are not fit for resale may incur a restocking fee.

Goods must be unused

If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another item we will charge carriage on the replacement.

Faulty Returns

If you receive your goods and believe them to be faulty, please contact us straight away with a brief description of the problem.

If we require you to return a Tek Tank product for a replacement, we will reimburse the return postage. Unfortunately we cannot send the courier back to collect the item/s.

If a non Tek Tank manufactured product is deemed as faulty we will cover the cost of your return postage however if it is not deemed to be faulty the cost will not be covered. It can take up to 30 days to process a faulty return as the item may need to go back to the manufacturer for testing before we are given an outcome.
