Series A Ordering Process

Step 1 – Your Drawing

To get the ball rolling we need a drawing or a template of the tank that you require.

Once you have identified your new tank download the Customer Mark Up Drawing which can be found on the tank detail page. Mark on where you want the fittings and their hose sizes, take a picture using your phone and email it to sales@tek-tanks.com along with your contact details.

You can also download the Fittings Guide which will give you the stand off heights from the surface of the tank. We use plastic fittings for water and waste and brass on fuel tanks.

Once the drawing is complete and emailed to us your tank will move to Step 2 Quotation

Step 2 – Quotation

Once we have received your mark up drawing we will send youa quotation covering the tank, fittings and shipping costs, we will also advise of any lead time. If your happy with the quotation we ask for payment upfront, once received your tank pack will move to Step 3 CAD Design

Step 3 – CAD Design

We will produce and email you a copy of our production drawing showing precisely where the fittings will be located. This is your opportunity to make sure that we have got everything right, perhaps double check the measurements, make any alterations.

In peak times there may be a delay in preparing your drawing.

Once the drawing has been approved your tank pack then moves to Step 4 Production

Step 4 – Production

Your tank build will be scheduled for production and a date (week commencing) will be advised. We will also give you anidea of the delivery or collection date.
