Brass Plugs

A range of BSP brass plugs suitable for diesel fuel applications. These are a great option if you wish to create drain points or future options such as an extra fuel feed.

The plugs are screwed into female threaded HDPE sockets. The socket is welded to the tank by Tek Tanks using an advanced fusion welding process. The plugs are sealed with a non setting, anti-vibration sealing compound. Most are chrome plated brass. Some also come with an O ring.

The price includes marking out, drilling the hole, welding the threaded socket and the pressure testing of the whole fitted assembly.

The threaded socket is not removable once welded to the tank and stands 10mm above the tank top. Please allow for this measurement when considering how to get the tank in and out of position should the fittings have to be removed.
