Elbow Plastic Hosetail Assemblies

A range of elbow plastic hosetails for use with Series A and custom built Water, Waste and Grey Water Tanks.

The hosetails are screwed onto  male threaded HDPE socket by means of a separate female nut. The socket is welded to the tank by Tek Tanks using an advanced fusion welding process. The hosetail is sealed with a ribbed rubber washer that contacts the underside of the hosetail and the top of the machined socket face. These fittings need only to be done up hand tight.

The price includes marking out, drilling the hole, welding the threaded socket and the pressure testing of the whole fitted assembly.

The threaded socket is not removable once welded to the tank and stands 24mm above the tank top. Please allow for this measurement when considering how to get the tank in and out of position.
