Copper Dip Pipes

A range of Dip Pipes for use with Series A and Custom Built Diesel Fuel Tanks.

A copper dip pipe is soldered by Tek Tanks to the underside of the Straight and Elbow Brass Hosetail Assemblies allowing the contents of the tank to be pumped out from the top of the tank. It is good practice to place as many fittings on the top of the tank as possible.

Dip pipes are priced by length and diameter. Choose the length required. Let’s say your tank is 510mm tall, then you will require a dip pipe 600mm long. Please check the table below to establish which diameter you will require.
Tek Tanks cut the pipe to required length when manufacturing your tank.

10mm diameter copper dip pipe is for 6mm, 8mm and 10mm hosetail assemblies.
12mm diameter copper dip pipe is for the 13mm hosetail assembly.
